A third-generation Santa Barbarian that graduated from California State University, Chico in 2002, with a degree in Construction Management, Venessa Hurka had an extensive career as a project manager for various high-end contractors in Santa Barbara before obtaining her contractor's license in 2014.
TODAY Venessa seeks to find a steady pace in juggling. Juggling between her growing family, creative clients and dedicated team & vendors. There is never a dull day at Hurka Construction!
Like most moms out there Venessa is challenged between being the best role model for her own kids and being as authentic and in the moment as possible for her business and personal life.
